Subscription boxes are filled with a variety of products that you can order once. Then each month, a new box will be sent to you automatically, filled with new and different items to try.

There are options to ‘Log In’ or ‘Sign Up’ at the top of our homepage. You will also be prompted to create an account or log in when attempting to purchase one of our boxes.

The Box Hut is a platform that connects you to the best subscription boxes, making it easier for you to find new subscription boxes and manage your current ones. Once you have created an account, there is no need to create a new one every time you want to try something new.

There is a ‘Forgot Password’ link under the ‘Log In’ form that will guide you through the process of resetting your password and getting access to your account.

Of course! On every product page, there is a box you can tick to inform us if you want to purchase this item as a gift. Please note that gift orders do not automatically renew.

You can pay via debit/credit card, with additional payment methods being added soon. Payment will be made at roughly the same time each month from the time you make your first order. If you have ordered a 3 Month, 6 Month, or 12 Month subscription, the whole payment is made at the time you order.

This will depend on the subscription box you purchase.  You can check this by looking under the ‘Subscribe Now’ button on the product page. There, you will see a note, telling you the dates this product is shipped.

When you order a subscription box, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your box has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your box’s progress. Delivery will typically be 3-5 working days.

At the moment we’re only shipping to UK addresses; however, we are looking to expand our reach, so stay posted by signing up to our email list!

You can report missing or damaged items directly to the seller. On your account, view the subscription order that is damaged or missing, and click the ‘Contact the Seller’ button. You will then be able to email them directly to resolve this issue.

To receive a refund, head to your account and view the subscription order, then click the ‘Contact the Seller’ button. You will then be able to email them directly to discuss your refund.

Log in, head to your account, and view your active subscriptions. There, you will be able to cancel or pause your active subscriptions. Please note that if you have signed up for 3, 6, or 12 months, you cannot cancel until the end of the contract.

There will be an unsubscribe button at the bottom of any email you receive from The Box Hut. Click on it to unsubscribe from our latest news and promotions. Keep in mind that you’ll miss out on all the sales and promotions offered exclusively to our email subscribers and you won’t receive any updates on the new and exciting subscription boxes to join our platform!
